Since it appears that Spring is making its presence known I, for one, am be pleased as punch with its arrival. The thought of shopping for bright colored pastel shirts, and crisp kahkais for my son as opposed to sweatshirts and jeans, well, it has me just tickled pink.
Recently my 11-year-old son has apprised me of the fact he needs to be kept in the loop when it comes to any clothing shopping expeditions which involve his school attire. Who knew my boy would be so discerning about the clothes he wears? I figured, as long as he's draped in something cozy and warm, its appearance would have no bearing on him. Well my parenting instincts were off the mark.
Each morning before school, my son has vetoed pretty much each ensemble and resorts to one pair of pants that have been washed so many times, its gossamer feel has me surprised they haven't simply turned to dust in my fingers. I've come to realize since I'll need to get his input on any items purchased during this season's spring shopping expedition I might as well let him peruse the site to choose the styles he wants to sport. From fashion styles to basics, French Toast is bending the rules and raising the bar with an incredible new creative team of designers and merchandisers who made bold and bright designs that deliver the style kids want, PLUS the features parents need.

What a really great resource for parents in finding new wardrobe options for their kids for school. Your son looks very handsome styling his new khakis and top!
These look like high quality items and also the prices are great! My little one is a tad too little for school clothes, but I love these looks!
Your son has such snazzy style! These clothes are adorable. I’ll be checking this out for gifts for my nieces and nephews 🙂
My sons school doesn’t require a school uniform. So most of the time my son where is athletic shorts or athletic pants and a graphic T-shirt with a sweatshirt
French Toast has the best school uniforms for kids. They are really high quality and they last forever.
THanks for the stylish ideas in your French Toast For Spring School Essentials for your Kids. I’ll pass the info to friends of mine. 🙂
Cool! I will shop their site when my granddaughter starts school in the fall. I like the materials used, they look so comfy and would survive the wear and tear of pre-school.
Looking stylish! With all three of my kids having to wear uniforms, we are very familiar with the French Toast brand. I really love that the knees of their pants hold up against rowdy play.
My kids wear uniforms too! I think this is such a cute color because their’s is strictly white with khakis.
I don’t have children but these look like a great option for those that do! They are uniforms but look more stylish!
Awe, I remember when my daughter went to public school and had to wear uniforms. We hated it. Thankfully we homeschool now, and pj’s are our uniform! 😉 Wished I would have known about this place when she was in school though!
I will have to tell my friends about French Toast. I am always looking for ways to save on the kids school clothes.
what a cool concept. The outfit looked so good on him too!
French Toast has been around for such a long time. It’s a great tried and true brand. I love the styles you featured, too!
He looks quite handsome in his outfit. That’s the way all young men should dress, if you ask me. That really looks classy.
We bought some French Toast for my boys, some dress shirts and we have been so happy with them. They really loved the extendable button on the collar.
This is the first time I’ve heard of this brand and it looks like they have a lot of great clothes. I need to check this out!

I love that the pants have an adjustable waist. Our kids have always needed that feature, wish all pants had it.
Looks like an awesome company and the clothes are too cute! I love spring clothes shopping.
French Toast has a cool and stylish collection. It’s nice that you let your son choose the clothes he like, and he did a great job. He looks stylish!

How fun that your son got to find cool new threads! French Toast clothes look pretty sharp!
My son will love that polo. Love what your kids picked! So stylish!
That is a riot – I was just wondering about what age a child starts taking in interest for his or her attire.
I think girls are a little more precocious – my niece took an interest at around 7 or 8 yrs. But my 8 yr old nephew still just wears whatever his mom gets for him.
These are some nice-looking clothes.
What a handsome fella! He was ready to be your model! I’m still waiting for my son to care about what he wears.
Such stylish clothes! Almost makes me wish I had kids to buy these for hehe
i liek the skirt! looks perfect for my daughter!
I am still desperately hoping that my kiddos will get into one of the charter schools i signed them up for that requires a school uniform…i will be revisiting this post if it happens!
My girls are not in school with uniforms yet but I know its coming quickly. This is a great idea for a site. I cannot wait to check it out and refer my friends with kids the right age. I know uniform shopping is a big headache.
This is a great idea for finding your kids clothes that are fine . This was a problem for me in school so I’m glad they are taking action to make kids feel more confident and comfortable at school.
Your son looks very sharp in his new outfit! That color shirt really works for him.
Those look really comfy and great! Hard to find close like that for kids.
Love the outfit on your young man, but I really love the girls outfit! I admit my friend pulls off the skirt and cowboy boots all the time (even at an older age), I really need to know how to pull that look together because I love it!
My oldest son is about to start school and I won’t lie.. I’ve been dying to get my kids into a school where they wear uniforms. So cute!
I’m so grateful my kids wear a uniform. It makes getting out the door much easier in the mornings. With the school year halfway done, it’s time to refresh their uniforms. French Toast looks like just the place to do that.
We usually shop French Toast every year for my son’s school uniforms! I love them!
Sounds like a great store for the uniforms! He looks very prepared for the first day!

I love companies that allow designing the whole outfit from head to toe. Who has time to coordinate the colors and styles from different sources!
My eight year old daughter recently told me she needs to pick out her own clothes. How did this happen so soon? I truly thought I few more years of dressing her how I wanted my baby girl dressed. Nope. This is a great way to get her involved!
This sounds like a great store! I love that he’s interested in what he is wearing and he looks really smart. Thanks for sharing girls’ looks too.
