Skinny Cherry Cheesecake!
Makes 8 servings! Each serving is 1 point on weight watchers

So here is the skinny– this cheesecake is the best bang for your buck if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth without packing on the points and pounds!
Of course you can't compare it to heavy cream and butter cheesecake but that's the beauty of weight watchers in my opinion!
It is finding ways to still get to eat sweets without feeling deprived! And to be honest like they say a moment on the lips forever on the hips! And with this cheesecake you don't have to worry about your hips!

Skinny Cherry cheesecake
Makes 8 servings
3 Eggs 0 Points
3 cups Yogurt, Greek, plain, fat-free, unsweetened 0 Points
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract 1 Points
1 Tbsp Sugar, white, granulated 3 Points
1⁄4 package Fat-free sugar-free Jello pudding mix in Cheesecake flavor 1 Points
1 pinch Salt 0 Points
6 packets of sweetener stevia
For cherry topping:
use a can of sugar free cherry pie filling! (as seen in the pictures)
Directions:
In a bowl mix eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt.
Beat well.
Add yogurt and dry pudding mix.
Mix well.
Scoop the cheesecake batter into a greased pie plate.
Bake 350 degrees for 30- 25 minutes.
Let cool on counter completely (about 2 hrs)
Cover and refrigerate
Pour cherry pie filling mix over your cheesecake!

- For strawberry topping:
- 1 pint strawberries cleaned and cut 0 points
- 2 packets of sweetener stevia 0 points
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Directions:
- In a bowl mix eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt.
- Beat well.
- Add yogurt and dry pudding mix.
- Mix well.
- Scoop the cheesecake batter into a greased pie plate.

Pour can of cherry pie filling over your cheesecake!
