Skinny Rice Custard

Skinny Rice Custard
My absolute favorite dessert is rice pudding but on eight watchers it is basically half a day’s points. This copycat recipe is not only zero points but it is easy and almost as good as the real thing!

So what is the secret sauce?? Cauliflower Rice!

Easy 0 points Cauliflower Rice Custard:

Ingredients 

4 eggs 
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cups Splenda Monkfruit
1tsp. vanilla.
1 pkg 10 ounce bag of cooked Green Giant Riced Cauliflower

Directions
Mix 4 eggs, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cups Splenda Monkfruit and 1tsp. vanilla.

Pour into sprayed baking dish. Add 1 pkg 10 ounce bag of cooked Green Giant Riced Cauliflower. stir the cooked cauliflower rice into what’s already in the baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

This entire recipe is zero points on weight watchers
