Spaghetti squash spinach casserole

This spaghetti squash spinach casserole is so delicious! If you follow weight watchers it is 1 points per serving – the pie makes four servings

Here is everything you will need to make this Spaghetti squash spinach casserole

Whole spaghetti squash cooked until it can be scraped off (about an hour 450 degrees)

2 cups spinach 

1 cup fat free feta 

1 can diced tomatoes 

3/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese

mix all together. place in round pie plate.

Cook at 450 degrees for 30 minutes
