While we all LOVE our spa days, these beauty treatments can be whipped up in a few minutes and can be your go-to routines when a spa day is not on the schedule!

#1 Give Yourself a Natural Glow – Facial Scrub and Body Exfoliant

For smooth, radiant skin, give yourself a gentle facial and body scrub with ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda, helpful to do before applying products like self-tanners and lotions. Make a paste of three parts ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda to one part water. Rub in a gentle circular motion to exfoliate skin and remove dead skin cells. (Be careful to avoid eye area.) Rinse clean with warm water. Leaves skin feeling nourished and refreshed. Gentle enough for daily use!

#2 Keep Your Toes Looking and Feeling Great with an Exfoliating Pedicure

Blend two tablespoons of ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda in a basin of warm water. After a nice soak, make a scrub using three parts ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda and one part water. Follow with an application of a rich moisturizer and a warm towel foot wrap. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Feet will feel smooth and clean. Apply polish if desired.

#3 Show Off Locks That Rock – Get rid of product buildup by sprinkling a small amount (quarter-size) of ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda into your palm along with your favorite shampoo.. Shampoo as usual and rinse thoroughly. ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda helps remove the residue that styling products leave behind so your hair is cleaner and more manageable.

#4 Show Off Your Smile

Naturally powered by Arm & Hammer Baking Soda for healthier teeth and gums* Arm & Hammer Sensitive Teeth and Gums Gentle Whitening Toothpaste neutralizes harmful acids before they damage teeth

For gleaming smiles, brush teeth with ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda. Just sprinkle baking soda into your palm, dip a damp toothbrush into it, and brush*. For a refreshing mouthwash, use 1 teaspoon baking soda in ½ glass of water. Swish the solution through your teeth and rinse.

*ARM & HAMMER(tm) Baking Soda does not contain the anti-cavity ingredient fluoride. Use it where water is fluorinated or when non-fluoride toothpaste is desired for adult use or as directed by your dentist of physician.

#5 Ease Irritants and Soothe Skin -Bath Soak

For a relaxing ending to a long day draw yourself a bath! Honing in on the deep benefits of epsom and Himalayan salts, the Soak Infusion provides your body with unquestionable relaxation.

Whether you’ve been experiencing body aches or simply want to take a second to catch your breath, this soak infusion will not only provide immediate relief, but it will also work to heal and restore your skin.

#6 Hot Cream At-Home Hand Treatment

Just because the warm weather is here, that doesn't mean our hands are safe from flakiness and dehydration. We have to be extra careful not to let our hands dry up from the high temperatures, low humidity, constant washing of hands, and sun exposure. Below is a quick at-home remedy to combat dry, summer hands from celebrity manicurist and owner of As U Wish Nail Spa, Skyy Hadley!

Turn up the sweetness and meet NAILS INC.’s juiciest duo yet: a peach-infused nail polish and rollerball lip gloss. Real Peaches is a smooth, creamy peach polish that’s formulated in the revolutionary Nailpure ‘11 Free’ formula. The rollerball is a classic, clear gloss enriched and scented with sweet peach and jam-packed full of super hydrating actives for nourished, plump-looking lips. Your lips and nails will love you.

Remove all nail polish with a gentle polish remover

Begin by sloughing off dead and dry skin from palms and backs of hands with a  sugar scrub (salt scrubs can be drying or irritating):

This rejuvenating recipe of hydrating coconut and soothing mango is a fan favorite! Nature-made, our skin-softening formula of raw sugar and Cold Pressed enzyme-rich fruit oils gently exfoliates and leaves a soft protective moisture veil. Skin is left revived, glowing, and vibrantly scented.

Or you can make your own scrub: Mix sugar, a few drops of vegetable glycerin and an uplifting essential oil like peppermint or rosemary in a medium-sized bowl.

Gently rub hands together to scrub away dullness. Remove scrub with a warm wet cloth.

Do NOT soak fingers in water, as doing so will actually draw the moisture OUT of your skin.

Instead, heat up 2 plastic baggies full of a thick, luxurious cream and add a few drops of an invigorating essential oil such as tangerine, ylang ylang, or chamomile.

Heat until very warm but not too hot, then place hands in bags for about 2 minutes, allowing moisture to penetrate the skin.

Remove hands from bag and massage cream into skin, wiping off any excess.

Your hands should instantly feel smooth and look radiant!

What a lot of great products! And what a good reminder, self care fell by the wayside as we stayed quarantined in NYC. Hopefully when we no longer have the worry about our son’s school, we will all pay better attention to ourselves!

I need to do all these at-home treatments and care. I’ll start with the exfoliating pedicure because I haven’t had pedicure since the pandemic started.

With the exception of Arm & Hammer baking soda, all of these products are new to me. I’ll have to try the DIY exfoliating pedicure. Those bath salts sound like a great way to unwind after a long day!

How does the Nail & bone polish seem? I’ve tried a few of the healthier polishes, but they seem to take forever to dry. Is this one like that?

Those are some great picks! I’m always up for natural skincare products as my skin is too sensitive. I really liked that Nira device. I’ll check it out!
