These are so easy to prepare and a great way  to get kids in the kitchen!

Three Ingredient Blackstone Smashed Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients 

  • Cinnamon Rolls 
  • Non-stick spray
  • Sprinkles 
  1. Pre-heat the griddle to low heat. 
  2. Once the griddle is hot, spray the surface with non-stick spray.
  3. Lay each cinnamon roll onto the surface making sure to leave plenty of space between each cinnamon roll.
  4. With your griddle spatula, press down to smash the cinnamon rolls. 
  5. Cover with a dome lid or griddle cover.  
  6. Check the cinnamon rolls often so they do not burn.  Cooking times will vary due to the thickness of the cinnamon roll, and the air around the griddle. 
  7. When the cinnamon rolls are browned on the bottom, flip them over. 
  8. While still on the griddle, smother in icing and sprinkles.
  9. Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy.
