Ingredients
- Cinnamon Rolls
- Non-stick spray
- Sprinkles
- Pre-heat the griddle to low heat.
- Once the griddle is hot, spray the surface with non-stick spray.
- Lay each cinnamon roll onto the surface making sure to leave plenty of space between each cinnamon roll.
- With your griddle spatula, press down to smash the cinnamon rolls.
- Cover with a dome lid or griddle cover.
- Check the cinnamon rolls often so they do not burn. Cooking times will vary due to the thickness of the cinnamon roll, and the air around the griddle.
- When the cinnamon rolls are browned on the bottom, flip them over.
- While still on the griddle, smother in icing and sprinkles.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy.
