Three Ingredient Chocolate Cherry Cake 🍫🍒

Three Ingredient Chocolate Cherry Cake

House smells amazing  and the cake is so yummy -you can serve it two ways either on in 12 mini cakes or a regular loaf pan.

12 servings per recipe. 4 points per serving 
you Could also do SF vanilla cake w/can cherries, apples or pumpkin.

Three Ingredient Chocolate Cherry Cake

Here is everything you need

2 large eggs
4 pts each portion before
1 box SF chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury SF = 45 pts)
1 20 oz can SF cherry pie filling (Walmart Great Value 8pts)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Spray baking pan of your choice with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs for a minute.
Add cake mix and cherry pie filling, and continue to beat the mixture until smooth.
Pour batter into the baking pan (either mini cakes or cake loaf pan) and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the inserted toothpick comes out clean (depending on your oven).
Cool cake on wire rack in the pan.

Serve warm or cold 

Store in the fridge, covered, for up to 3 days.

**points should be counted/added for any additions such as chocolate chips, nuts etc; can also be made with SF vanilla cake and you could also swap out can SF cherries for can SF apple or pumpkin, just calculate pts accordingly**
