During this time, read an inspiring book or listen to inspiring programs or other audio material, attend a prayer group, meditate, attend a religious service, do yoga, get a massage or other body treatment, tinker with your plants or in your garden, journal, do any other self growth and development, spiritual or self care activity that nurtures and replenishes the two of you and your relationship.
