Two Ingredient Dough bagels

This is the best recipe for 2 ingredient dough bagels

Six are seasoned with Cinnamon Sugar and six are seasoned with Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend.

Two Ingredient Dough bagels

Ingredients
3 Cups Self Rising Flour
2 Cups Plain Non Fat Yogurt

Directions

Mix together with a wooden spoon until just combined. Then mix with your hands until smooth, about 1 – 2 minutes. If dough is sticky, add 1 – 2 Tbsp of flour. Let dough sit 5 minutes.

DIvide dough in 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. I make a hole through the center and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking oil.

You can add you topping, or leave plain. I used 1/2 t of cinnamon sugar spice on 6 and 1/2 t Everything Bagel spice on the other 6.

Bake at 350° for 15 – 20 minutes.

Serving is 1 bagel (3 weight watchers points per bagel! )
