Make dough You mix cup of plain 0 percent fat free Greek yogurt with cup self rising flour, mix, knead and let it sit covered in the fridge for an hour.
Then spray the baking sheet with a little cooking spray oil (so the bottom gets nice a crispy) roll it out and bake it in the oven at 500 for 9 minutes. Add sauce- crushed tomatoes as sauce. Right out of can. And low fat or fat free mozzarella. Bake until cheese melted. Add fresh basil.
