Vegetable Pizza Pie

This vegetable pizza pie makes 4 servings -and if you follow Weight Watchers each serving is 3.5 points or eat the whole pie for 14 points!

Vegetable Pizza Pie

ingredients

•2 ingredient dough which is made from ½ cup(s)Plain fat free Greek yogurt and ⅔ cup(s), Self-rising flour plus additional for rolling out dough as necessary (4 points) 
•2tbs green goddess dressing (1)
•1/4c lite Mexican cheese (2)
•zucchini, mushroom, onion, bell pepper, & tomato (0)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together yogurt and flour in bowl. With floured hands, knead dough until smooth, about 2 minutes, adding more flour, 1 tbsp at a time, if dough is sticky; let dough sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle sheet of parchment with flour. Place dough on parchment; cut dough in half. Use floured rolling pin to roll each piece of dough into 6 to 7 inch round. Transfer dough and parchment to baking sheet. Bake until bottom is golden, about 15 minutes.
  3. Top each pizza as desired  with 2tbs green goddess dressing (1)
    •1/4c lite Mexican cheese (2)
    •zucchini, mushroom, onion, bell pepper, & tomato (0)and bake until toppings are hot, 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Serving size: 1 crust is 14 points -cut into four servings it is 3.5 points each

what i love about this pizza is that you can switch it up and add different vegetables and toppings!
