They are tasty and fun, but also simple enough that even a non-cook can pull them off, with help from the kids of course!
2 cups chopped apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon splenda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
2 eggs for egg wash
optional: powdered sugar for topping or glaze
Chop apples, mix with cinnamon and Splenda, and microwave for two minutes. Set aside.
Combine yogurt and flour (on a floured surface) until it forms a ball. Add in vanilla and cinnamon at this time if you choose.
Roll the dough out flat. Using a lid or another round object, cut dough into at least 12 portions (entire recipe is 12 points, so 12 portions makes them 1 point each).
Add apple mixture. Fold and pinch dough to make dumplings. Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 400* in an Air Fryer for about 10 minutes. You can also bake them in an oven.
Optional: Dust with powdered sugar.

A treat like this is a bit higher in point than some like to use, but if you create a menu based around the zero point items, it should easily fit. Below are links to some of my other WW recipe creations for your enjoyment.
