Ingredients
2 cups chopped apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon splenda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
optional: vanilla
2 eggs for egg wash
cinnamon
optional: powdered sugar for topping or glaze
Directions
Chop apples, mix with cinnamon and Splenda, and microwave for two minutes. Set aside.
Combine yogurt and flour (on a floured surface) until it forms a ball. Add in vanilla and cinnamon at this time if you choose.
Roll the dough out flat. Using a lid or another round object, cut dough into at least 12 portions (entire recipe is 12 points, so 12 portions makes them 1 point each).
Add apple mixture. Fold and pinch dough to make dumplings. Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 400* in an Air Fryer for about 10 minutes. You can also bake them in an oven.
Optional: Dust with powdered sugar.

I love two ingredient dough for bagels, but not for this recipe. Also, no quantities were given for vanilla or cinnamon. The apples were tasty.
