I have to admit the best part of making this when I wasn’t yelling at my husband to stop eating the ingredients before we made the actual muffins was watching HIM indulge in the final product.

These sound delicious. I am not much of a breakfast person, and muffins are a great way to go for when I do end up hungry mid-morning.
These look and sound amazing. After I have my baby in September, I’m hoping to do Weight Watchers, so this is one my list of recipes to make.

Looks delicious! Now that blueberries are at their peak flavor, I have been looking for recipes with blueberries. I also love bananas so this recipe is definitely on my list!
Do you keep the bananas sliced or do you mash them up when you mixing all of the ingredients?
i just sliced them to make them easier to mash! mash everything together and add the blueberries last!
I made these tonight and HOLY
COW. So good! I added a little bit of cinnamon but otherwise copied the recipe to a T. So delicious!
I have blueberries here right now so I saved your recipe. Now all I need to do is grab some bananas and that waffle mix. Nom!
Yum these look really good. I am sure my kids would like them too.

I love muffins, especially with blueberries. It always seemed to me that recipe is quite complicated, but everything turned out to be the opposite)
Wow, these muffins look great! I can’t wait to give them a try!
Can you use paper cup liners instead of spraying the pans? Thankyou!
Hi there! I just made these muffins and wondering if they should be stored in the refrigerator or can they be out in a sealed container?
Thanks!
I just made these. It’s my first WW type of baking project. I weighed the stevia and it was a lot. I used about half of it but see now that you used a measuring cup so even with what I did it’s still wayyyy too much. I hope I didn’t ruin them.
Could you swap out the bananas for something else? I hate bananas, but would love to make these with so.ething else. Would unsweetened applesauce work?
I was so anxious to try this. I followed the recipe exactly, or at least I think I did, and they just wouldn’t bake through. They were in the oven way longer than they needed to be, but inside is still very wet. Any idea what I could have done wrong?
The muffins were delicious, but I agree with Lindsey’s comment and they stayed a little wet. In fact, I’m not sure if these were supposed to be refrigerated or not, but mine had mold on them after 4 days. The container retained a lot of moisture and I don’t know how to fix that.
How much stevia did 2 oz measure out for you? Mine ended up being like 2 cups which seemed excessive? Just want to know if that is correct or if I did something wrong?
i found the same issue and mine were VERY sweet and had that nasty artificial flavor aftertaste thought maybe I did something wrong or the granulated stevia has changed from this recipe to what i have?
Hi can I omit the Stevia. I don’t like the artificial sweeteners.
