And in the spirit of UNPLUGGING another great way to spend more face-time with your kids tech-free is getting in the kitchen together! And nothing says quality time like a scoop of fresh Weight Watchers Banana Peanut Butter Whip –non dairy dessert.

Keep reading for this delicious treat that is not only Weight Watchers approved but also non dairy and better than ice cream! Oh and healthier too! As a vegan and vegetarian family I love sharing recipes like this one which require no milk products and taste just as good!

5 medium Bananas (blended in smoothie)
24 points 
2Tbsp Peanut butter, reduced fat, smooth
6 smart points 
1Tbsp Vanilla 1 point
 
Directions:
Peel your ripe bananas put them in the freezer. They must be frozen or this will not work.
Add bananas and vanilla and light peanut butter to your blender.
Blend the mixture for three to six minutes -it should be a frothy consistency.
