My kids LOVE pie– and the truth is so do I. But buying an entire pie can only lead to ONE thing: My kids will eat a slice each and over the course of the next several days my husband and I will spend oodles of time “evening out” said pie- which is really code word for EATING THE ENTIRE PIE.
But if I've learned anything in my quest to maintain my weight watchers hard earned weight loss as opposed to gaining back a good portion of it is- I cannot DENY myself dessert. The key- I'm learning- is all about portion control. For example- rather than buy an ENTIRE pie ( when I know there will be NO company other than that of my husband to finish it off) — the solution is this recipe for Weight Watchers Banana Pudding.
Oh and then there is the issue of my kids– who both love pie- and who could easily buzz saw through an entire pie– if left to their own devices. At just three points per serving, this Weight Watchers Banana Pudding is the best compromise; throw some NO bake Weight Watchers Banana Pudding my kids' way too- and EVERYONE wins.
