This cheescake is a unique take on a recipe found on a Dutch blog site called ‘Oh My Foodness'. It's “cheesecake” and even though it is not your STANDARD New York Cheesecake, its really good!
It involves some technical skill. Whipping egg whites into stiff peaks and folding batter etc. If youre familiar with those things you can make this!
I encourage you to give it a try. Its waaaaaaay better than your standard greek yogurt sugar free pudding thing!

This recipe makes 6 servings in an 8 or 9 inch pie dish. It is 3 weight watchers blue points per serving
NOTES: I've been thinking really any flavor combination is possible!
Instead of fruit for the center you could even melt some high cocoa yield chocolate and mix it in for the center.. Or lillys chocolate.
I'm a big chocolate and orange fan. Orange extract in the main batter and cocoa in the middle is intriguing
The center is supposed to have a wobble when it comes out. Just like cheesecake. So store it in the freezer.
