Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie Recipe
Whether your child is 2 or 17, baking is a great way to spend quality time and save yourself oodles of cash since it means less store-bought goods for you. BOTTOM LINE: the overall effect on memories, health, and connection can be extraordinary if kids are involved in the PREPARATION of their food. And there is no better recipe than this one to kick start Baking Wonderful Treats while Bonding with Your kids!
Tips for making these pies:
One of my favorite things to do is to whip up a simple batch of the 2-Ingredient Dough recipe and have on hand in my fridge for things all week long. This pie crust recipe uses 1/2 batch, so it is easy to just grab part out of the refrigerator and add in your extra cinnamon and vanilla for flavor! Also, I love these Norpro Mini Non Stick Pie Pan Set Of 4 with Pie Top Cutters Set Of 2 Durable Pie pans for making these easily in my air fryer or oven. A personal pan pie is so much more fun than having a slice of a larger pie.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie Ingredients
1 package sugar-free chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tablespoons PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
1/2 batch 2 ingredient dough
Optional: Sugar-Free Whipped Topping and adding a dash of cinnamon to your two ingredient dough
Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie Directions
Make a ½ batch of 2 ingredient dough (get the recipe here: 2 ingredient dough).
Pro tip: Add in cinnamon and vanilla to hide the Greek yogurt flavor.
Divide dough into 6 pieces and flatten into circles for pie pans. Bake dough at 350*F for 6-10 minutes. The time varies greatly between batches unless you get them all the exact thickness which I didn’t do, so check them at 6 minutes.
Mix sugar-free chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk. It won’t thicken as much as with traditional milk, so you will want to use less.
Mix PB2 – 2 tablespoons PB2 and some water (depending on the consistency – mix until it’s a paste).
Add pudding mixture to each pie crust, then top with PB2. Swirl together. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve chilled. Add sugar-free whipped topping if you’d like!
Makes 6 personal pies, 2 points each
