As a mother, I always knew, based on the grief I gave my own mom, that raising a daughter would be akin to dodging landmines as she copes with those self-defeating thoughts that plague all of us from time to time.
I fight like mad to reinforce feelings of confidence and engender her with the sense that beauty comes from within and that her appearance is evanescent. And in an effort to take the focus off of her, I am trying to pique her interest and provide confidence-boosting activities she can focus her energies on.
For us, these activities have been focused on cooking and baking. In fact, most recently under the direction of my daughter, I recently whipped up my very first batch of Weight Watchers Garlic Bread Bites – 3 Points for 8 Weight Bites on Watchers Blue. Whether your child is 2 or 18, cooking /baking is a great way to spend quality time and save yourself oodles of cash since it means less store-bought goods for you.

Weight Watchers Garlic Bread Bites
This dough is great! I’ve used the 2-ingredient dough to make Weight Watchers Bagels and Weight Watchers Donuts, and now… Weight Watchers Garlic Bread Bites, in the Air Fryer!
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour, divided
garlic salt
parsley flakes
Directions:
Combine nonfat Greek yogurt and 3/4 cup of the self-rising flour. Add in garlic salt and parsley flakes.
Roll your dough out onto floured surface using the other 1/4 cup self-rising flour. Cut into (about) 32 squares.
Cook in air fryer at 375* for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Dust with garlic salt and parsley while still warm.
Can this be done in an oven? I do not have an airfryer.
An these garlic bites be baked in regular oven? I don’t have an air fryer. They look good
Please give instruction for over. Not all of us have air fryers.
How much garlic salt and parsley.? You do not list in ingredients. Thanks
I would think to your personal taste.
