Thanks so much to WWbuckeyeGirl for sharing her recipe for Weight Watchers Four Breakfast Cookies
So a few notes about these Weight Watchers four ingredient Breakfast Cookies- they are not super sweet, but they are very filling. If you crave really sweet cookies you mght want to taste test the batter before you pop them into the oven.
The really great thing about these cookies are that they are essentially vegan and very easy to whip up! We always have them in our freezer- because the truth is when my kids are reaching for their cookies- MAMA wants a cookie too!
And eating this cookie is an action that is guilt free! Even if you eat two- it is FOUR POINTS! These cookies pair really great with some coffee and/or tea!
