It is always a good idea to have lots of Weight Watchers Low point Snacks on hand!

Weight Watchers Low point Snacks

Here are a few tried and true Weight Watchers Low point Snacks that some of my weight watchers friends shared to help you stay on track while satisfying your sweet tooth!

Weight Watchers Low point Snacks

Thanks to Monika Campbell for sharing this Weight Watchers no bake cheesecake 3sp on the green plan 💚.

“Wanted to share this no bake cheesecake 3sp on 💚. It’s so good. I made six little no bake cheesecakes. I use fat free whip cream on top when ready to eat. Even my hubby loved it. I made these when I was doing ww before freestyle. My mom-in-law loved them too.”

Recipe:
Notes: If you can’t find the smuckers you can always take strawberries and mash them and add your choice of sweetener to it!

Ingredients and Directions:

Basically 1 tablespoon of Graham crackers crumbs in each dessert dish. Mix the whole container 32oz plain nonfat yogurt and small box of cheesecake pudding mix together, evenly distribute into the dessert dishes, top with 2 tlbs of strawberry sf topping.

Thanks to Brittany livingston for sharing her Frozen, peanut-butter covered bananas! The whole bowl for only one point on the blue plan!

“I like my sweets to be slightly salty to balance out the sweetness. Think salted chocolates and kettle corn.”

Ingredients Used: pb2, stevia, and a little salt. Soo yummy!!

It’s pretty simple. Dilute about two tablespoons of pb2 (or other brand) powder with water and one or two packets of sweetener of choice (I used stevia/monk fruit). Slice the bananas, dip in the peanut sauce mixture, and set on a plate. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the tops if desired. Then freeze for at least one hour, pop off the plate, and enjoy!

I have e trying to download a few of the recipes, but I’m very frustrated it doesn’t say to go to recipe. I have tried to copy but it gives me 23 pages, I’m not that computer trained so I just give up(also 77 years old). Is their any place on your site that just gives the recipes? Help

    Thanks,
    Peg

We have made this recipe and absolutely love it. However, the points are incorrect: it is actually 4 points per serving. The recipe details show the Smucker’s Sugar Free Strawberry topping as 6 tablespoons being 2 points. The topping is actually 1 point for 2 tablespoons, therefore, 2 tablespoons per serving x 6 servings would be a total of 12 tablespoons or 6 points.
Therefore 9 points for yogurt, 3 points for Jello cheesecake filling, 6 points for graham cracker crumbs and 6 points for topping = 24 points. 24 total points divided by 6 servings = 4 points per serving.
Personally, the dessert is well worth the 4 points.

Do you think strawberry jam/preserves would work for the cheesecake topping if I can’t find the strawberry topping?

I have used all of the sugar free preserves in place of sugar free topping. no change in nutritional value.

I agree with Peg. This looks delicious, but could we have a print friendly version of the recipe?

Do you know what the points are for this cheesecake if you’re using fresh strawberries and Monk fruit?
