Weight Watchers Monkey Bread Muffins Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 12 cup regular sized muffin with cooking spray and set aside.
- Open both cans of crescent rolls and Separate ten crescent rolls in a tin pan.
- Combine the Stevia and cinnamon in a bowl and stir in a mixture.
- Roll each ball of dough individually in the Stevia and cinnamon mixture until it is fully coated.
- Place two to three dough balls in each muffin tin.
- In a separate small bowl, microwave the smart balance for 30 seconds. Add the syrup to the smart balance and stir.
- Spoon this mixture evenly over each muffin cup, coating the dough balls with the syrup mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.

- 1 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread 2 points
- 5 sprays Cooking spray 0 points
