Serves 1 each serving is 2 Points on Weight watchers
Ingredients:
1 cup Fage Total 0% Plain nonfat Greek strained yogurt 0 Points
1⁄3cup(s) plain unsweetened almond milk 0 Points
1⁄4 of the 1 ounce package of fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (this is also 1.5 teaspoons) 1 Points
1 cup(s), raw strawberries 0 Points
1 banana 0 Points
2 tbsp Reddi Wip Dairy Whipped Topping, Fat Free 0 Points
2 wafers Nilla Wafers, Reduced Fat 1 point

Directions:
1.Add all the yogurt, milk and pudding.
2. Mix well.
3. Slice the banana and the strawberries and add into the jar.
4. Add two wafers.
5. Top with reddi wip.
