I love making my favorite recipes a bit lighter so they fit into my daily SmartPoints allotment.
A treat like this is so great because if you create a menu based around the zero point items, it should easily fit.

Could I use the brown sugar substitute and the white sugar substitute? Do you think it would still work?
I’m using Monk Fruit sweetne, white and brown and they’re 0 points. Do you know the point value for each cookie?
Ok to substitute Stevia for raw sugar?
I made these but didn’t have the baking soda. I’ll subbed swerve brown sugar and monk sweetener. Needed more sweetener then listed. Maybe even 1/8 cup extra of each. I had monk fruit sweetened semi sweet chocolate chips. Don’t recommend them here. Needs milk chocolate. These ended up being much more cake like and not chewy. I might even consider adding more oats to it. The Kodiak seemed to fall to the bottom while oats rose but were enough oats to make it have that mouth feel of an oatmeal cookie. They also don’t brown up so they are done at 14 min and firm up nicely after about 15 min out of oven. Edible but needs tweaking.
