I love that this recipe is only one point. I currently don’t have an plans for the Oscars. These muffins would be perfect to keep on hand to snack on.
I am not familiar with Weight Watchers as a whole, but I know my Mom was on it. I love that you’re sharing a way for those on WW to enjoy some muffins that are only one point.
Now that is a muffin I could eat no matter what! That looks and sounds amazing! I can’t wait to try it!
I think I will make a batch of these for the Oscars, and when my people win, I’ll eat one! Even if I ate the whole thing, it would only be 12 points! That’s a win!

Love the addition of banana. Yum! Totally saving your recipe and I’m going to make some of these this weekend.
Nellie’s sounds like a great company. I need to look and see if these eggs are available at my local super market.
Wow, these look so delicious and moist. I’d love to give them a try. You had me at chocolate and pecans. 😛
That is delicious and guilt free, I like 1 point I can have few of them without any fear. Love combo chocolate and pecan. yummy muffins.
I have never done weight watchers before but this recipe looks amazing.
Are these regular size muffins, or mini muffins? They look delicious!
What can I use if I do not have Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix?
Nothing. You need Kodiak. It is high protein to keep the muffins low in points.
Is it possible to replace the bananas with applesauce? and if so what would be the replacement ratio?
You should be able to, use the same amount. Use no sugar added applesauce/pumpkin to keep the points the same. The flavor will be different.
You should be able to use no sugar applesauce or pumpkin in the same amount. Obviously the taste will be different. Depending on the applesauce may make them a little more moist. Adjust the amount the next time.
Are all these recipes freestyle pts?
😁 thank you so much for putting the points beside each ingredient.
Can o use the kodiak buttermilk, in place of oats or could add oats to the buttermilk??
Thanks
The recipe will work but will have a slightly different flavor.
Can I get the nutritional value. I put the recipe in my WW tracker and it gives 14 points for this recipe, can you explain how you get 1 point?
Whats kodiak mix?
A name brand pancake and waffle mix you can find at most grocery stores. They have different flavors available.
I’ve been trying to print this over and over and it just can’t be done. If I try to print just certain pages it gives me pages nearby, but not the critical ones. Your other recipes print properly. Please fix this and make it printable.
Looks good, but I wish you would make your recipes printable.
I just bought a new muffin pan and it states not to use sprays on it…how do you keep the non-stick on your pans while using spray on it?
I made these and they were good but flat. Should baking powder or baking soda be added to make them rise?
Is there anything that I can substitute for the Kodiak mix that is gluten-free?
Thanks! They look delicious and I would love to try them, I just have to find a GF alternative.
These are very good and easy. About 3/4” high. Thanks for sharing!!!
