Nothing. You need Kodiak. It is high protein to keep the muffins low in points.

Is it possible to replace the bananas with applesauce? and if so what would be the replacement ratio?

You should be able to, use the same amount. Use no sugar added applesauce/pumpkin to keep the points the same. The flavor will be different.

You should be able to use no sugar applesauce or pumpkin in the same amount. Obviously the taste will be different. Depending on the applesauce may make them a little more moist. Adjust the amount the next time.
