Weight Watchers Sugar Free Pudding Recipe- Just 4 SmartPoints per serving

March 11, 2021 by Melissa Chapman 3 Comments

If you've followed my blog you know that I've been trying really hard to MAINTAIN my weight loss. That's where this  Weight Watchers Sugar Free Pudding Recipe fits in but I digress.

Honestly I feel like the weight maintenance is the hardest part of living healthy and requires even more commitment than losing the actual weight.

When you are on that journey to lose the pounds you get in this zone and are able to stay there until you reach your desired weight goal ( or at least I was- it was like I had this zen-like focus to achieve my goal and nothing was going to prevent it from happening).

But the act of actually sticking to that weight when there is no trainer barking at you to keep punching that boxing bag- and weighing you in every week- is a horse of a different color.

And while I do not believe in living the rest of my life on a diet I do desperately want to maintain the weight I'm at now without feeling like I can't ever indulge in any fun treats and decadence.

And for many, like me, celebrating my upcoming 23rd wedding anniversary is synonymous with indulgences – but  fortunately for me that doesn't have to mean they're unhealthy ones.

Keep reading for my  feel-good tips designed to help you enjoy the birthday day love fest guilt-free with a DELICIOUS Weight Watchers Recipe! And this Weight Watchers Sugar Free Pudding Recipe is sure to delight!

#1   Treat Yourself:  Whether you're gearing up for some time with your honey or spending the evening solo, make the act of getting ready as luxurious as possible. Take a cue from sultry sirens of days past by soaking in a milk bath. Combine a cup of whole milk with warm water in your tub. The acids in the milk will leave your skin silky and smooth. Not to mention the idea of taking some time for yourself is a serious stress buster.

#3   Drink a Glass of Red Wine:  There's just something sultry about sipping a glass of wine. The red kind contains catechins and resveratrol, flavonoids that act as antioxidants in your blood stream to help protect vessels, lower blood pressure, and improve levels of HDL (the “good” cholesterol). Toast your health by drinking one glass a day any more than that puts stress on your liver, which is the opposite of sexy.

#3 Sweet Nothings: what does my husband really want for his wedding anniversary present? A Wife who will NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY.

But since he knows that is impossible- he will settle for a wife who will make him something to eat. He wants a day off from the kitchen. And while my first thought is to- CALL IN FOR CHINESE FOOD, I know what he would really love is food I've made for him with my own hands. A true labor of love.

And on this one day- to show him how utterly in love I am with how invested he is in his role as a father to our kids ( both the two legged and four legged ones) I have created a Weight Watchers Sugar Free Pudding Recipe (which is pretty much dummy proof for someone like me who has ruined the pasta she boiled) which I know will satisfy his sweet tooth . treat your boo to a little something sweet.

#4 And last but not leaast  End the Night by Sealing the Deal  Sadly, you're not going to burn off a date-night dessert by getting busy between the sheets (even the steamiest session only burns around 14 calories), but a good romp is great for your heart. The feel-good hormones released during sex (even the solo kind) can help lower blood pressure, and, like any activity that gets your heart pumping, can improve overall circulation and strengthen your ticker. Now that's some action that says, “I love you!”

I am always looking for good recipes that are sugar-free. Especially desserts. My hubby will love this too.

oh wow, I really love that this is sugar-free. The mix of textures must work well. I wonder if my kids would eat it too.
