This Easy Weight Watchers Taco Salad is one that your entire family will go gaga for!
Thanks to fellow Weight Watchers member Melissa Young for this Easy Weight Watchers Taco salad recipe.

This easy recipe is everything you never knew a healthy salad could be and more! It is not only scrumptious but healthy too! In fact this taco salad is deginitely not your typical salad or diet food!
And if you have kids like mine who are ANTI-veggie this salad is a great way to get them to eat some of the green!
I’m not big on hiding or sneaking vegetables into my kids’ diets. I want them to know that vegetables are important and necessary as part of a healthy, daily diet.
So We let our kids choose which veggie they’d like for dinner. kids are much more inclined to eat their veggies if they had a say in picking it out and planning the dinner menu.
Right now they are totally digging this Cauliflower Fried Rice! And I think this Easy Weight Watchers Taco Salad – Just 3 points for this BIG bowl on the Blue Plan – is going to be next on their must eat list ( and mine too for that matter!)
