White Mac and Cheese meets Fettuccine Alfredo.

May 21, 2023 by Melissa Chapman Leave a Comment

White Mac and Cheese meets Fettuccine Alfredo. 4 weight watchers points for one plate. It was really good. (basically one and half cups of pasta per serving) and the recipe makes two heaping servings!
White Mac and Cheese meets Fettuccine Alfredo

I would say the carb nada which is used in the recipe  have 80% of the taste and texture of regular Fettuccine pasta. Pretty darn close for the points.

Ingredients

Canned vegetable broth
1 cup(s)
reduced fat Parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon
The Laughing Cow Creamy Asiago spreadable cheese wedges 3 wedge(s)
Al Dente Carba-Nada Egg Fettuccine Noodles, Dry 3 cup(s)

Directions

Pro Tip: I boiled the carba-nada noodles in vegetable broth instead of water (adds lots of flavor).

After I drained the pasta, I put the laughing cow Wedges and the pasta in the pot. Let them melt together and enjoy. I sprinkled each with a tiny bit of parm on the plate.

This recipe made two heaping servings!
