  • 8 oz Cool Whip Whipped Topping thawed Fat Free 15 Points
  • 8 Tbsp PB2 Powdered peanut butter 5 Points
  • 6 squares chocolate graham crackers 7 Points
  • 1 tbsp Smart Balance Omega Buttery Spread Light 2 Points
  • 2 Tbsp plain unsweetened almond milk 0 points
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 5 sprays cooking spray 0 points


  1. Place chocolate graham crackers in a zip up baggie and smash them until they turn into crumbs.

  2. In a bowl heat up the smart balance and almond milk and stir.

  3. Spray a pie pan with no stick cooking spray.
  4. Add the graham cracker into melted smart balance and almind milk mixture. Stir and spread into the bottom of the pie pan to create a crust.

  5. In a large bowl stir together the PB2 powder and water until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip until it is mixed together.
  6. Add the Cool Whip mixture to the pie pan.
  7. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.

Recipe Notes

Optional: Add 1 tablespoon of sugar free, fat free chocolate syrup.
