  • Veggies of choice: I used carrots snow peas, green beans, and mushrooms
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Seasonings: I used crushed red pepper and garlic
  • Optional: 1/8 cup peanuts


  1. Combine ingredients over medium heat and cook until they’re to your preferred tenderness.
