Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fage Total 0% Plain nonfat Greek strained yogurt 0 Points
  • 1/3 cup plain unsweetened almond milk 0 Points
  • 1/4 of the one ounce package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (this is also 1.5 teaspoons) 1 Points
  • 1 cup raw strawberries 0 Points
  • 1 banana 0 Points
  • 2 tbsp Reddi Wip Dairy Whipped Topping Fat Free 0 Points
  • 2 wafers Nilla Wafers Reduced Fat 1 point

Instructions

  1. 1.Add all the yogurt, milk and pudding.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Slice the banana and the strawberries and add into the jar.
  4. Add two wafers.
  5. Top with reddi wip.
  6. If you have a mason jar even better and then enjoy!
