Mama's Feta Tomato Bake - Just four points per serving on Weight Watchers Blue

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. President Cheese Feta, Fat Free 3 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Kirkland Signature Oragnic extra virgin olive oil 11 points on WEight Watchers Blue
  • 3 cups Grape Tomatoes 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 8 large cloves Garlic Clove s, large chop 0 points on Weight Watcehsr Blue
  • 3/4 cup s Basil, chopped 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 8 oz Uncooked Fiber Gourmet, Light Rotini 10 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 5 sprays cooking spray 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 1 tsp chives 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 1 Tbsp Mixed Cracked Pepper 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 1 Tsp Coarse Salt 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 0 points on Weight Watchers Blue

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 13 by 9 inch pan.
  2. Add tomatoes and garlic, then place Feta cheese in the center.
  3. Season with coarse salt, cracked pepper, Italian seasoning, chives, garlic powder, parsley and basil.
  4. (shopping notes: found the fat-free Feta Chunk at Sprouts, and ordered the pasta from the manufacturer.)
  5. Bake about 30 minutes. In the meantime boil 8 oz. of pasta.
