Instructions

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 3 overripe bananas
  3. 2 Tbl liquid egg whites
  4. 4 TBL Truvia
  5. 2 Tbl Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar'1 Tsp Vanilla
  6. Directions:
  7. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or spray with cooking spray
  8. Mix above ingredients in a bowl.
  9. 1- 1/4 cups self rising flour

  10. 1 tsp baking powder
  11. 1 tsp baking soda
  12. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  13. 2-3 Tbl dark cocoa powder
  14. Add Wet ingredients in bowl and mix until just combined.
  15. 1/4 cup Non fat Greek yogurt.
  16. Fold yogurt into batter, adding more if needed.

  17. Add 8-10 Lily’s dark chocolate chips for extra chocolatey goodness and for zero but they have to be those Lily's chips chips because regular chocolate chips will have points.

  18. Distribute batter evenly among muffin cups.

  19. Bake 12-14 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  20. Cool completely and store in the fridge.
