Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Donuts

  • 2 Bananas mashed
  • 2 TBsp Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Splenda
  • 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamom
  • 1 1/2 cup Kodiak Flapjack Mix-Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Lily's Milk chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce


  1. Spray a donut pan ( or multiple) with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add the bananas, applaesauce, yogurt, vanilla and egg. Combine until almost smooth- a few lumps are fine.
  3. Add in the Splenda, cinnamon and light brown sugar until well mixed.
  4. In a small bowl mix the kodiak mix, bakingpowder, baking soda and salt. Slowly add to wet mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 12-13 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  6. Serves 14.
