Small Batch Pumpkin Spice Baked Donuts


  • 1/2 cup of self rising flour 64 grams
  • ¼ cup of pumpkin
  • 1/8 cup of white granulated sweetener
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ¼ tsp of pumpkin spice divided
  • ½ tsp of golden sweetener


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease 3 donut wells.
  2. Whisk in a medium/smallish bowl egg, white sweetener, pumpkin, 1 tsp of pumpkin spice, mix in vanilla. Add flour and whisk until well combined and smooth. Spoon evenly into donut wells. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  3. Mix together golden sweetener and ¼ tsp of pumpkin spice in a small bowl. Sprinkle over “right out of the oven” donuts. Let cool in pan for a few minutes, remove and enjoy warm!!!
  4. Store in fridge or freeze for up to 3 months
