Sunday mornings and cinnamon rolls go hand in hand. Make a batch of my yummy cinnamon rolls tomorrow morning to start your day. Eat them when they’re warm and gooey .

Yummy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls- Two points Each on Weight Watchers Green
Serves 6
Ingredients
1 cup Oikos Plain Nonfat greek yogurt 3 points on Green
1 cup Gold Medal Specialty Flour, self Rising 11 on Green
1 tsp ground cinnamon 0 points on Green
1 tsp vanilla extract 0 points on green
2 tsp Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar 0 points on green
(6 servings, you need 1/4 cup! 0 points on green)
1 tsp Lokanto monkfruit sweetener, classic 0 points on green
12 tsp Sukrin icing (powdered sugar) 0 points on green
5 sprays butter flavour cooking spray 0 points on green
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix yogurt, flour and monkfruit… dough will be sticky. Roll out on floured surface to a rectangular shape.
2. Spray dough with butter spray. Mix cinnamon and Sukrin brown sugar and sprinkle on dough. Starting on longest side roll dough into a log.
3. Cut dough in half, cut each segment into thirds for a total of six rolls.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Mix Sukrin icing and vanilla, add water to desired consistency and brush over warm cinnamon rolls.
