Ready for Zoodles ? Try this Zucchini Noodle primavera
You can either make your own Zoodles from scratch or you can buy them frozen.
And my favorite way to prepare them is with some vegetables!! This is a great recipe if you are on Keto, Vegan and Weight Watchers!

Zucchini Noodle primavera
Sauté 1/2 onion and 6 cloves of garlic (I am a garlic freak) in 1 tbls olive oil. Add 10oz cherry cherub tomatoes halved (this will sauce it up).
Then I add 1 can of artichoke hearts in water drained and halved and some chopped basil and chopped fresh spinach and Italian spices, sliced orange pepper, red onion.
Than added one package of zoodles and simmer for about 15 mins. You can do almost anything with the 0 point zucchini noodles.
The only weight watchers points should be the olive oil!
