Air Fried Hot pockets

November 17, 2022 by Melissa Chapman Leave a Comment

Air fryer shenanigans continue! Last night I made hot pockets. Or at least my version of hot pockets 😂

I used pie crust for the shell. And I filled mine with vegan lunch meat and cheese. I sprinkled seasoning on the inside and the outside of the shell. And to get the shell to seal really well I just put a little bit of water on my finger and put it on the edge before I crimped it closed with a fork.

The one I made for myself was a full shell. It did not fit ideally inside of the air fryer. So I cut the shell in half. Those fit in there perfect. We have a 5 quart air fryer if that gives you a size comparison.

As far as cooking I set it on 350° and I cooked them for 13 minutes. That was perfect. And to be honest they weren’t too bad either 😝
