Air Fried Spicy French Fries

October 15, 2022 by Melissa Chapman 1 Comment

Sometimes you just need to enjoy a plate of Air Fried Spicy French Fries without guilt!

This recipe will help you achieve that goal!

Air Fried Spicy French Fries

How can you make these? Keep reading for everything you will need!

Air Fried Spicy French Fries

Cut about 4 large potatoes. I leave the skins on mine. Just scrub them good, and cut them in french fry shapes. And then I sprinkle a bunch of salt-free seasoning or salt if you like it in a grocery plastic bag. Put the fresh cut potatoes, while they’re still damp, into the bag of spices. Twist the bag top. Shake them up good to coat all side with spice/roll them around in the bag. Dump them out/in place them, loosely, in an air fryer. Put them on 375 degrees about 18-20 minutes. I don’t use salt on mine. But I use for example, salt free pizza seasoning, salt free garlic and parsley mix, garlic powder, anything else that you like. And you can toss them up with things like onions or cut peppers, if you like. You can just mix them all up in the potatoes together. I spray my air fryer with some non-stick spray first. They’re really good. The main thing is you want to make sure that the potatoes are cut in about the same size, not some that are too much bigger or too much smaller so they all cook evenly. They’re super delicious. And if you season them correctly, you won’t even know that they’re zero points on Weight Watchers (for me) .
