Air Fryer Peach and Cherry Pies
Ingredients
Peaches- 0pts
Cherries- 1pt for 1/3c
Egg rolls wrappers- 2pts each
Powdered sugar- 0pts for 1/2tsp
Instructions
In two medium bowls Microwave the peaches and cherries uncovered, on High for 5 minutes or until tender, stirring after 3 minutes.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat work surface with the corners set vertically (pointing up and down like a diamond shape). Moisten all edges of the wrapper with water. Spoon one-fourth of the hot filling horizontally across the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper to the center, over the filling. Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll up to seal.
Preheat air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F. Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Arrange the egg rolls in the basket, seam side down, and coat generously with cooking spray. Air-fry at 400°F until the tops are browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
Notes: I sprinkled a little monkfruit inside the peach pie as I was eating it.
