Air Fryer Potato Chips

this entire recipe is 2 weight watchers points worth of homemade air fryer potato chips. Weight after cooking was 67 grams.

Keep reading for this two ingredient recipe!

I sliced a russet potato with my mandolin. Let them air dry, spritzed them with cooking spray and air fried at 360 for 15 minutes. Then cranked up the temp to 400 until they were crunchy. I stirred and salted as they cooked. It’s no ruffles or lays, but it still hits the potato chip feel.
