Almond flour mini banana loaves

Almond flour mini banana loaves

Not only are these delicious but if you follow Weight watchers each serving is three points-each loaf pan serves three so all together six servings of Almond flour mini banana slices 

I had over ripened bananas to use so I experimented. To be honest, for these I didn’t measure much but went by taste. These are rough measurements….

Almond flour mini banana loaves

Ingredients 
2 bananas,
1/4 cup SF maple syrup
1 cup almond flour,
1 teaspoon baking soda,
2 Teaspoon nut butter  
 30 lilys sweets chocolate chips
5 sprays cooking spray
1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles  of course, because they make everything better! Delicious!

Instructions 

spray two standard mini loaf pans 
combine all ingredients and pour evenly into two mini loaf pans
Bake at 350 degrees for roughly 14-17 minutes. Insert toothpick until it comes out clean,
You could get about six servings

    Is it baking powder as shown in the photo or baking soda as stated in the recipe?
