Banana peanut butter oatmeal cookies

December 23, 2023 by Melissa Chapman Leave a Comment

Banana peanut butter oatmeal cookies! 1 point each! With my cookie scoop it made 16 cookies.

Hubby thought they were pretty good; not bad for a one point cookie.

Ingredients
3 bananas
1.5 cups Quaker Oats
2 tbs pb2 powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbs nonfat chobani greek yogurt
1/2 bar Annie’s 70% dark chocolate salted almond bar
1tsp cinnamon

Directions
1. Blend bananas, Greek yogurt, pb2 powder, and vanilla
2. Pour into a bowl add Quaker Oats, chopped chocolate bar and cinnamon.
3. Mix ingredients until well incorporated
4. Use a cookie scoop (I use pampered chef cookie scoop) and place on cookie sheet
5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (make sure to preheat oven.

With my cookie scoop it made 16 cookies. Hubby thought they were pretty good; not bad for a one point cookie. (Cookies aren’t dark just bad lighting in the kitchen.)

This was my first time cooking since joining weight watchers yesterday. I scanned all the ingredients to make sure I had the right amount of points and such. 🙂

thanks joeleane for sharing with us!
