I’m on WW blue plan. BUT, I always count the calories in everything and you never give the calories, just the WW pts. Can you please tell me how many calories is in one serving of this?

    Thank you,

    Linda

One more thing I want to add to counting calories. I don’t ever count WW pts. I only count calories. By counting calories I have lost lots of weight and kept it off without a problem. By counting calories instead of pts. I no longer hungry for a night time snack, my appetite has been cut in half. And I never tried to cut back on food, it just happened by my counting calories. All the free foods is a joke. Example, one apple has 95 calories, an orange has 88 calories, as I said I only count the calories, and I eat 1, 200 calories a day. I started out eating 1.420 calories a day. I’ve never felt better in my life. So please add calories to your dessert/ food.
