Egg and veggie scramble
Eggs, onion, garlic, tomatoes, spinach scramble (you can add other veggies to your liking like pepper or mushrooms)
Cook veggies on the stove top with cooking spray (save spinach for last since they take the fasted to cook) add your mixed eggs with salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and parsley until cooked all the way and viola 😋
Veggie Omelet
3 eggs mixed with salt, garlic powder, pepper flakes
Cut up: onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper
Cook veggies on the pan with cooking spray until it's soft, add spinach last to cook with the veggies since they cook the fastest and put the veggies aside
Put the eggs on cleaned plan on med heat and let it cook flat. Once it's almost cooked allnthe way, put the veggies on one side of the eggs and top it with 1/4 cup of Mexican blend cheese (or whatever you prefer)
This is the hard part. Fold the egg over the veggies into the omlete and ready to serve. Top it with any garnish you want and Sriracha
