Ole Tortilla Wrap
1 tortilla
Baby Spinach
1 Cups (85 g)
Red bell pepper
1 large
Avocado
1 oz (s)
cooking spray
Directions:
1. mix add egg eggs whites Sliced pepper and spinach and avocado sauté in a skillet sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
3. Remove egg veggie mixture placing them in a bowl and sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
4. Place a tortilla into a nonstick skillet.
5. No need for cooking spray. Turn the heat to medium low.
6. Please add cheese on the tortilla.
7. Add the cooked egg with vegetables on top of the cheese
8. Fold the tortilla over the cheese and vegetables pressing down slightly and cook until golden brown.
