Turn four ingredients into flourless blueberry muffins

These fluffy muffins are just one weight watchers point each.

If you don’t have fresh blueberries, unsweetened frozen blueberries work fine (no need to thaw first). You can also swap in any other chopped berries you have on hand.

Ingredients

Egg
2 large egg(s)
Banana
2 large
Blueberries
1 cup(s), or frozen, thawed, drained
3/4 cup powdered peanut butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add water to thicken the peanut butter powder till it has a creamy consistency.

Add peanut butter to eggs and banana and mash to combine with to create a dough like consistency. Add a cup of blueberries to the dough.

Fill 12 muffin tins evenly with the mixture

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or done. Stand for 5 minutes. Remove muffins to a wire rack to cool.
