Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Came up with a recipe for gooey cinnamon buns! Hope y’all enjoy them. Perfect for Sunday brunch.

Gooey Cinnamon Buns
Ingredients
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Light 30% vegetable oil spread 1 Tbsp
Banana(s) 1/2 cup(s), Mashed
Ground cinnamon 1 Tbsp
Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie free sweetener 2 Tbsp
Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Whole grain buttermilk protein packed flapjack and waffle mix 130 gm (dry mix), dry mix
Egg whites 1 item(s)
Baking powder 1 tsp
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix kodiak and baking powder. Add dry mix to banana slowly until a sticky dough develops.
3. Roll out onto a surface sprinkled with some of 3 the remaining Kodiak mix (large rectangle-about 1 inch thick).
4 Spread melted butter on top with a pastry brush.
5 Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar substitute.
6 Slice into 8 equal strips.
7 Roll up each strip and place into a greased pan (upright). Brush tops with egg white.
8 Bake for 20-25 mins at 350.
Optional Topping: mix 1 tbl powdered sugar 9 with 1 tsp water and brush over tops of buns. Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon and enjoy!
