I made homemade keto pasta last night and it was a HUGE SUCCESS. Thank you trulee for sharing your recipe and pics with us

Homemade Keto Pasta

INGREDIENTS~
1/4 Cup of Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Butter
4 Tablespoons of Almond Flour
3 Eggs
Pinch of Salt

Instructions~
1. Preheat oven to 300
2. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
3. Add ingredients to the Magic Bullet (I used my ninja) or any of the kitchen mixers you have available and mix fully into a smooth consistency.
4. Prepare your baking tray and cover it with a silicone baking sheet. (You can also use parchment paper, just spray with oil VERY LIGHTLY)
5. Pour the whole mixture onto a baking tray.
6. Using your spatula or knife, gently spread the mixture evenly, making sure it is spread as thin as you can.
7. Place it into the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
8. Once the pasta sheet is baked, let it cool and gently roll into a log. Using a very sharp knife, cut the pieces into the pasta size you prefer.
9. Unroll and place into a bowl ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings~ 1 carb 1 fiber per serving.
