Mini Banana bread loaves

These mini banana bread loaves are not only so cute but tasty too! For toppings, I added a few chopped pecans and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients
Banana(s)

Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk flapjack & waffle mix

Fairlife 2% ultra-filtered milk

Instructions

Mash ripe bananas, mix together all ingredients and bake at 350 for 24 minutes if using the mini loaf pan. Cupcake pan will be less baking time.
