No bake chocolate chip protein balls

Simply make and store in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for a couple of months. Each ball delivers not only great taste but also 5 grams of protein.
If you’d like to use old-fashioned oats, simply place them (same amount) in a food processor and pulse a few times to break them into smaller pieces.

Ingredients
Uncooked quick oats
2 cup(s)
Vanilla whey protein powder
3 oz
Pumpkin pie spice
2½ tsp
Canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup(s)
4 tablespoons peanut butter powder
Lily’s Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips
2 oz, about 1/3 cup
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, peanut butter powder and pumpkin pie spice. Add the pumpkin puree and stir well with a silicone spatula until evenly moistened. Stir in the chocolate chips. Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions (about 2 tbsp each) and roll each into a ball.
Place the balls on a plate or platter; refrigerate until firmer, at least 1 hour.
Serving size: 1 ball
